Semi-automatic Google Meet management

Meet Tools expands the functionality of Google Meets to allow for automation.

FEATURES:
- Automatically reload Google Meets that have not started yet
- Automatically join meets when starting
- Automatically mute/disable camera when joining
- Automatically join breakout rooms
- Automatically leave Google Meets when others are leaving
- Notify Discord/Home Assistant Webhook when key words are said
- Automatically record Google Meets and save the file to your local hard drive
