Best extension - newer posted images seem to require auto download rather than opening in new tab. Can this be fixed?

Sencilla, discreta, descarga verdaderamente las fotos en su calidad original y, lo más importante, sin actualizaciones que la dejen inservible u obsoleta. Llevo fácil unos tres años utilizándola y no podría estar más satisfecho ni más agradecido.
