Redirects X/Twitter image URLs to get the best possible image quality.
In response to the other reviewer "Anon" asking why they used that particular URL formatting- That is originally how Twitter used to format the image URLs, using the colon orig ":orig" ending, and this extension was probably originally designed back when that standard was the only usage. Nowadays the "name=orig" version of the URL does not result in overwriting the file extension like the previous method used to.
Seems to work fine! Though I'm curious why the urls it redirects you to end in ....jpg:orig, rather then the usual ...?format=jpg&name=orig. The image files seem identical between the two, but i'm curious if the extension author can comment on if there's a difference, why they went with the former, etc!
